Depression runs in Chad Dennis’ family.
An uncle hanged himself. Dennis’ brother and his mother have both attempted suicide, and his brother is struggling with another bout of depression.
It’s an issue Dennis cares about, an issue he wants people to talk about.
And so, in a moment of inspiration — or perhaps folly — Dennis, a photographer, decided at 11 p.m. on a Thursday six weeks ago that he would create what he calls the “100 Portrait Project — Rethinking the Stigma of Mental Health.” To read more click here.
